    Consultation

    We learn about your purpose, quantity, price range and preferred delivery date.

  2. 02

    Design / model selection

    OEM: we turn your design into technical drawings. ODM: you choose from our proposed models.

  3. 03

    Quotation

    We present unit prices and lead times based on specifications and quantity.

  4. 04

    Sampling

    We make samples for you to check fit and finish, and revise them as needed.

    Production

    After sample approval, production runs at our factories in Japan, China and Vietnam.

    Inspection & delivery

    After inspection, we deliver to your specified address.

Minimum order: OEM from 30 pcs / ODM from 12 pcs per model & color (name/logo marking available)
Lead time: OEM approx. 4.5–6 months from sampling to delivery; ODM 15–30 days after confirmation.

FAQ

Can I consult without a design or drawings?

Yes. It helps a lot if you can send reference images that are close to what you have in mind.

What does it cost?

ODM starts from approx. JPY 600 per piece. OEM depends on specifications, materials and quantity, so we quote individually.

Where can the name/logo be placed?

Anywhere it physically fits — we follow your preferred position.

Is the quotation free?

Yes, quotations are basically free of charge.

Do samples cost extra?

Samples are free of charge when you place a production order.

Do you work with overseas companies and ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

What are the payment terms?

Payment in advance before work begins. For OEM, 50% is paid before we start and the remaining 50% after production is complete, before delivery.
